These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of trmma.stgd.app (the "Site"), operated by True Revelation Mixed Martial Arts ("Tru Rev MMA," "we," "us"). By visiting the Site or creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

Using the Site

Event schedules, fighter records, results, rankings, and related content are available to anyone without an account. An account is only needed for optional fan features. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, including administrative areas.
• Interfere with the Site's normal operation, including through automated scraping that degrades service for others.
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person or entity.
• Use the Site to violate any applicable law.

Accounts

You may create a fan account by signing in with Google or by requesting an emailed sign-in link. You're responsible for keeping access to your email and any linked account secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Let us know right away if you believe your account has been compromised.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe was created by someone under 13.

Content and ownership

Event records, fighter records, photos, video, and other content on the Site are owned by Tru Rev MMA or licensed to us, and are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not republish, redistribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our written permission, except for normal use like sharing a link to a page.

Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party sites for tickets, pay-per-view access, or sponsors. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Disclaimer

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We work to keep fighter records, results, and event details accurate and current, but we don't guarantee the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or perfectly up to date at every moment.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tru Rev MMA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

Changes to the Site or these Terms

We may update the Site or these Terms at any time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we'll update the effective date above. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
